"It’s a nice neighborhood to walk your doggie in. Neighbors keep the sidewalk clean. But beware of loose dogs! Some dogs I have found to be aggressive with mine and have had scary run ins. "

"There are many homeless people in the area. Just living on the street. The law enforcement refuses to do much about it because of the paperwork involved. "
