"Lived here for many years. The neighborhood is great it’s quiet and clean. Only issue is someone is targeting this area to break into cars. The entire street fell victim to this throughout the year. I called the police who are suppose to patrol this area but I haven’t seen them yet. We’ve all installed ring cameras and have to keep our porch well lit at night. Occasionally you’ll see someone sketchy walking through, kind of unnerving."

"I commute to work and surrounding areas via my car. Not usually a lot of traffic. Anderson can get traffic especially during rush hour."

"They would like the dog park on the top of the hill. They would like all the sidewalks and open space. Some streets are busy. Be careful. "

"It’s adventist community so people are mostly vegetarian. There are many outreach programs to aid sick and poor people"

"I have always felt this is a safe place to live. Kids play outside but it’s a quiet neighborhood. The university has security patrolling the neighborhood 24/7 so it always feels safe and well surveillanced. "
