"The school system is not the greatest. Yes, they teach the criteria that is needed for students to learn; but most of the questions on their larger state tests are different from what they’ve been learning. Also, punishment is not given to the max, as it should be."

"The Friendly City Is True To Lebanon's Slogan, However It's Not As Clean As When I Was Coming Up. We Should Have A City Clean Up Once A Month. "

"Nice sidewalks for easy walking, and we are in close proximity to the walking trail. It’s normal to see a lot of people walking their dogs, or just walking or running in the morning or evening. "

"I lived in Lebanon all my life until college. Great little town where everyone knows everyone and very friendly. The city is a "sleepy" city, but it is still a great place to live."

"Lebanon has been declared the cleanest city in Indiana. There are two large parks, including Memorial Park, which hosts two full-sized basketball courts, multiple pay apparatuses, and the newly built water park. The water park has two large slides, zero-depth entry, lazy river, splash area for small children, youth-sized water playground, wave pool, locker rooms, umbrellas, and concessions. Lebanon also has a movie theater in town, multiple restaurants, including BW3s, Arni's, and local bbq at Parky's, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, and supermarkets. Sidewalks connect the city together for incredible walkability. Lebanon Community Schools were graded A by the state in 2014. The community hosts numerous events throughout the year, including the Boone County Fair, Fourth of July events, parade, and fireworks, and the Back to the Fifties Festival. It's a great place for families, young couples, and retirees. The people are friendly, there are many ways to get involved in the community, and the amenities are plentiful."

"I have lived in this home and it is awesome because you can do whatever you please with it, its a blank canvas. The safety in Lebanon is great, there was only 1 car accident in the past 5 years, and the police are very good at what they do. It is very pet-friendly with a park right down the road and a nice backyard. It is very easy to get to places in Lebanon from here because it is in the center of town. I said the restraunts and shopping are average because being a small town, Lebanon does not have a lot of shopping options, but is near Indianapolis. The parks are really awesome with the one down the road getting a 3rd play structure and renovating the pool recently. The schools are awesome and the kids that attend the schools get awesome opportunities. They are all within walking distance. There is not a lot of traffic in this area making it an ideal place to walk around. The parking is very good, accept for on some holidays (Halloween and the 4th of July). The E&N is average because Lebanon is a small town. The Public Transportation is awesome (local taxi service for eldery). The Community Involvement is beyond excellent, everybody knows there neighbors and is eager to help out in the community. Downtown Lebanon has signs that say it is the cleanest city in all of Indiana. All in all awesome place to live, and I truly do believe you would find that it is a great place to live."

"I moved here from out of state and didn't know the area. It was very close to work and choose to reside here. The people are the most unfriendly residents I ever experienced. There's no good restaurants, shopping and the schools are definitely not up to par with nationwide standards. Wouldn't recommend anyone living in this hell town."
