"it's a nice place with a wide variety of people. food and other things are closer by. it's close to downtown, which is nice"

"Every block feels different. In general as you go further south east of Michigan street the houses start to look more like mansions and the area becomes more upper middle class residential. I like that you can still walk to Walgreens or Martha’s Vineyard and feel safe no matter the time of day. "

"great neighborhood. it's close to downtown, without the hustle and bustle. there are some lovely and unique restaurants and coffee shops. the best part is, it is pretty quiet despite it's location"

"Convenient but noisy. Parking and traffic on the weekends can make things difficult. The quality of restaurants in the area could be better. "

"Very diverse ethnically, rich history, but new developing businesses. Our family takes walks regularly and always feel safe. We are greeted by waves and smiles and the drivers are very mindful of the kids too. We love it here. "
