"How close everything and there is not a lot of open space for their dogs to roam free and exercise! "

"Lots of yard sales, nicely kept lawns, never any concerns of immediate danger. Efforts to hold community gatherings for positive and diverse invitational causes. I’ve never been to any but I see lots of postings throughout my neighborhood about them. I also love seeing signs posted throughout the neighborhood reminding traffic passing by to slow down for children playing. "

"It’s a beautiful & safe area. There are lots of good parks around. A large majority of people who live in this area own dogs so you always see them out walking around. I even make doggy play dates with one of my neighbors now. Super dog-friendly area."

"I have lived here for many years. I love the Schnitz deli and coffee shop 1 block from here; the dog park steps away; Farmer's Market a block away; and being 5 minutes from downtown cultural activities. Although currently there are a few rental properties, this is a very stable, quiet neighborhood. Many homeowners have been making improvements. It's a quiet, home-loving area!"
