"Hidden gem SE of Denver by Cherry Creek. Right off I-25 and Colorado BLVD, Glendale doesn’t get enough credit for how centrally located it is to all of the best Colorado destinations."

"Walk ability to chain stores like target but also to local restaurants. The sidewalks are full size and it feels safe. Access to parks is really nice too"

"I currently live in Glendale and love the accessibility of being so close to shops, restaurants, and other cultural points of interest. It’s nice that the 4 Mile Park is so close and I often walk it to the Cherry Creek mall and boutiques on nice days or visit the local farmer’s market on weekends."
