"Good area to live if looking for suburb living. It is a busy area with shipping center, kids, people, etc. that is if you can handle the traffic, noise, and hand full inconsiderate drivers. However living here 20 plus years everything's changed. Now want out as fast as I can!"

"Tucked away outside of Nashville , The Franklin community has its own small town feel. Great parks a community events throughout the year. Recently attended the 4th of July celebration at hardinsdale park and it was a nice family event. "

"Good neighborhood. Wish it had a clubhouse and swimming pool but it doesn’t. Have to build your own. Biggest concern is the area growing up around and the city allowing more and more houses without the infrastructure to support. "

"Very convenient to get to 65. Not a lot of the traffic problems that you get further north. Easy access to Franklin Brentwood and Cool Springs. About 30 minute commute to downtown. "

"All kinds of fun events in our neighborhood. Easter egg hunts, parades for the Fourth of July, adult pool parties and dinner, sometimes with a live band. Also back to school parties and movies at the clock tower or pool for all ages and a yearly community yard sale. "

"Lots of other dog families, close to large open field by the library and enrichment center, some sidewalks down Battle. Dislikes: lots of traffic and speeding on battle, houses close to the road, closest dog park would be Pinkerton Park or Harlinsdale"

"Spencer Hall has fun events for both the family and for adults. They have a wonderful event in May to celebrate the pool opening for the season, lots of food, fun, music, and friends. "

"20 minutes to Brentwood if I leave by 7:15. Take Carothers to Moores lane is the easiest. As an alternative you can get on at Goose Creek bybass"
