"My neighborhood has a bus that run through, and the train is not to far to take to Dallas. Uber makes deliverys's and pickup for rides, so does favor, instacart,door dash etc. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for 11 years and have greatly enjoyed it. My son left the front door wide open on Christmas day and nothing was bothered all day. We trick or treat in our neighborhood and the park and pool are great too! Everyone watches out for everyone. Friendly neighbors. Kids playing and people walking dogs or just exercising every day."

"Lots of walking trails connecting the communities, lakes and parks. HOA hosts several event's each year in the common areas to bring neighbors together. Great for kids."

"Love the North Side area because alot of the houses here have a good size yard Good for family events. And the Stock Yards is just blocks away. Have alot of fast food restaurants near by and the famous Joe T Garcias and Dos Molinas. Downtown is just down the road. And the trinity trails and Coyote Drive in Theatre. Alot of good things here near by. "

"Not a bad neighborhood. I've lived here for 5 years n I would live here another 5...its a good neighborhood when there is bad water floods sense it's very hilly....sucks in d snow however"
