"I live here and enjoy it very much. The neighborhood is tucked in near Foster Park and the Overton walking trails are a five minute walk from these homes. Excellent public middle and high schools. Light traffic but so close to shopping, I-20, parks, TCU, restaurants, hike and bike trails. All nearby. Weyburn Drive was re-paved with concrete this Spring. I have felt safe and secure and have wonderful neighbors. Some are older couples, some are singles both young and old. There are also families with elementary age children. Most of the yards are well-kept and the homes show the owners' pride in ownership. Home values have been rising and in my opinion will continue to rise because the homes in the area closest to TCU have escalated in value. This neighborhood is a five minute drive from TCU and one will get more bang for one's housing dollar here. Take a look and you will be pleasantly surprised if you have not ever discovered this special neighborhood. "
