"Not good for dog owners: Most yards are on the smaller side of average and not fenced. Good for dog owners: Safe and easy to walk your dog in the area. "

"I don’t feel as though it is unique. Brookfield is your average neighborhood. However, crime tends to be drawn into the neighborhood from time to time from the trailer park located behind our development. Sadly our development has no pool, or any type of community or recreation center to offer the children. "
