"Currently have been a resident in this neighborhood for 1.5 years. All of my neighbors are extremely nice and willing to lend anything from sugar to tools/yard equipment, basically anything you need. Many people in the apartment complex nearby walk there dogs here, all very nice people and pets. I have never encountered a problem. Rarely there has been a break-in here and there (typically houses where people tend to be away for long periods of time), mainly because of the proximity of many apartment complexes. Usually from the lower priced one in the area. Aside from that it is a great neighborhood and very safe for children (playground is just 2-3 years old = new). One negative is the amount of pine trees, lots of time bagging them in the fall, but all in all I enjoy every aspect of the neighborhood."
