"Our neighborhood is not unique to Deltona. It is a typical Deltona neighborhood. There are no sidewalks and limited street lights. You must be careful going for walks and walking your dogs. "

"Love how spaced out everything is. Friendly, attentive and the sunsets are great in our area! So quiet and no noise. It’s pretty relaxing. You really hear the insects at night as if you were on an island say Puerto Rico. You wouldn’t regret moving here. Just make sure you have a car. Definitely need that to get around! "

"It's a pet friendly neighborhood with normal city restrictions. People pick up after their dogs, most homes have large enough yards that give home owners the ability to have their dogs roam free in the backyards."

"I come from Brooklyn ENY and compare to that anything is nice, but at the same time i lived in other places as well. Deltona is nice quiet and friendly. Schools are decent and shopping area aren’t that far off. Not quite country but not city either. I love it out here . "

"There are many families in the area but not enough playgrounds for them it’s very dark and not many sidewalks I love deltona for my children to grow up in if they put a park more lights and sidewalks here it would be amazing "

"Holiday events at the local park and town hall. Churches and schools also have holiday events. Most events are free but provide food and souvenirs for purchase. Free Christmas pictures with Santa Claus as well!"

"we have great access to state ed 415 and to I4. they both lead to Orlando. we also are not too fat from interstate 75. my husband and I both only have about a 20 minute commute to work each way . please do not ask me anymore questions. this is ridiculous. I just want to look at houses in kentucky. we live in florida. we will not have the same commute there "
