"For the most part, it's a quiet neighborhood. There aren't many young, loud kids that live here. You have the benefit of living rural but have access to urban within twenty to thirty minutes. "

"Small, high desert town that’s spread out, so unless you live near the one major store, you need a car (or horse) to get around. We’re less than fifteen minutes from the state capital, though, and Carson City has many shopping malls and health services, etc., without losing its own ‘small town’ feel. Great place to live and retire."

"Newer neighborhood, extremely safe (gated), beautiful well-kept homes, mostly retirees and seniors, some families with young children, brief walk to the clubhouse and golf course with golf shop and restaurant, great Mountain View’s all around."

"My neighbors are friendly and helpful. Our street is clean and safe and most people take pride in their homes. Grocery shopping is close and we are close to Virginia City, Carson City, Reno and Tahoe. "
