"Super thin walls so if you have kids or maybe have a larger TV you will run into issues because the walls are super thin. Not fun to live here. Moving out as soon as my lease is finished."

"There are ponds and pools here so children underage should always be accompanied by an adult. There are times when pet owners do not have pets on a leash and to keep everyone safe someone older should be around. "

"People don’t always pick up after their pets. When walking you have to watch where you walk even though they supply bags for you at several different locations. Some people also don’t realize that there are leash laws in effect and there are times when the animals come to sniff you. "

"Amberly Square doesn't have any public transportation that's accessible without a 10 to 15 minute walk. And maybe even longer if you have younger children. Personal transportation is a must have living out here. "
