"It is a safe area for kids to play and ride bikes, as long as they avoid Clifton Ave. A lot of young people in these neighborhoods and friendly neighbors. "

"Lake Erie can be dangerous. Educate your kids on the different color flags on the beach. Also, what to do if caught in a rip tide. Most importantly always have respect for the lake."

"It's walking distance to Lake Erie. Edgewater Beach is 0.2 miles from my house. In the summer it's a great time. Every Thursday there's Edgewater Live. They have concerts and food trucks on the beach."

"Drive in contested traffic and only go to Edgewater lake and w117th street. Nice landscaping though. Some shady people walking around though."

"The neighborhood is conveniently located near 90 71 and 480. Its minutes from Downtown and all that it has to offer. We have lots of restaurants and unique shops as well as Edgewater Park and Gordon Park art district. Neighbors are friendly and care about each other. Bike friendly and on Cleveland State bus line. Close to Rapid Station. Great place to live."

"The Edgewater neighborhood is a *VERY* dog-friendly community that offers several dog parks; which, unfortunately, are not a common commodity in nearby Cleveland city limit neighborhoods—besides neighboring Lakewood. I would rate Edgewater a “10” for dog lovers and owners 🐾💜"

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 12 years and also lived here from early to mid 90's and I just love it here. It's pretty quiet and chill in this area. I also love the. 15 minute walk to Edgewater Park. "
