"Getting around in Charlotte is difficult. The only public transportation is E-Tran and the hours of operation are not the most conducive to all jobs. Uber is not available. As someone that does not drive, it’s hard to get anywhere. "

"We live just outside of the city limits on a main highway. No sidewalks , and not a good idea to walk along the side of the road due to the high volume of traffic."

"Nordic fire festival which is amazingly fun and gives you something to do in the winter. There is a great skate park for kids, and downtown is walkable and enjoyable with kitschy little shops and a few bars. Downtown trick or treating takes in lots of candy for the kids and all summer long numerous festivals and car shows take place!"
