"This neighborhood is unrestricted, no recycling services and the neighborhood dogs run around without collars and off leashes. Neighbors keep bulk trash in front of their houses all the time. I can’t wait for my lease to be up to move!"

"I live here and the area is being cleaned up at this time. The trashy is being cleaned up. There is more commercial than residential on De Zavalla but behind it is all residential. Basically a quiet neighborhood. "
