"Dogs are welcome. An abnormal number of people use ‘leaf’ blowers for tiny yards..sometimes with no trees??? It bothers me, so I’m imagining dogs don’t like it either... I’m hoping there will a rake revival."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and I love it. The area is beautiful and the homes are well maintained. However, there are no sidewalks, NO privacy and the people are VERY nosy in general. Also the HOA’s run everything, they literally tell you what you can and cannot do in your own home and yard. Every last little detail."

"We are so impressed with this hidden treasure of Carolina Beach. The restaurants are excellent and the beach is beautiful. Waterview's location is awesome and the condo's are beautiful. This is a great family beach!"

"Pretty fun area. Boardwalk is okay but not for little kids. For the most part people keep to themselves. Beach is beautiful and you can walk to just about everything."
