"Good quiet neighborhood, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants the 1 subway line and van Cortland Park. The only downside is to avoid having a car at all cost parking is nearly impossible after 7pm and there are no local municipal parking buildings "

"This is a great medium between inner city and the suburbs. Mass transit is available and you can get to downtown within an hour or less but you can also get to most parts of Westchester fairly quickly. "

"My commute is safe, there are two train lines, plenty of bus routes, and run mostly on time. And there are enough bus routes crossing paths to make it easy for you to be able to get to where you need to go if there are no train lines nearby."

"As far as l know there is no community even. I remember seeing the Catholic Church conducting a vía crisis during Good Friday. I saw my neighbor having a big party at some point for the community. Aside from that , l have never seeing anything else. Sorry if this is not very helpful."
