"Halloween trick or treating is a huge event on Pecan St. There is an annual music festival and lots of live music at Neighbors Kitchen and Yard. Tons of parades in the fall and spring. "

"There is a fenced-in dog park just behind Whataburger. Most dog owners pick up after their dogs but there are a few who don’t. "

"The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. The deer roam freely and u often see roadrunners crossing the road. There are no rentals allowed where I live and the HOA keeps a tight rein so the yards are beautiful. Honestly , it’s paradise until the water bill comes during the summer or when the HOA fee is deducted from your checking account every month. On the other hand, the homes hold their value, the homeowners are kept informed of anything happening in the neighborhood and the gym, pool and amenities center are always clean and in good shape. "

"I work out of town going further out into the country so traffic is not an issue for me just yet. But I would like the bridge by my house repaired to give me another exit out of the community "
