"My neighborhood is a good location close to shopping centers, freeways, schools, and mall. Transportation is also available, from public transportation, trains, and to city busses. Stores like Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, and Food 4 Less are close by. Lots of Restaurants as well."

"Most people keep to their selves, usually pretty calm and peaceful People are always out walking their dogs. Plenty of places to go have dinner. Easy access to the freeways "

"Out of the 4 years I've lived here, there hasn't been anything out of the ordinary. There's a small fair about 2 blocks on Maine and Badillo every Friday for a couple of weeks during summer but doesn't look very appealing, just causes traffic."

"The neighborhood I live in is closed off to flow traffic. Neighbors are respectful and polite. I have left my garage open several times and have had no issues. No crime or vandalism. "

"People drive the crazy around here. It makes it slightly dangerous to walk or cross the streets. Cali-rolls, not staying in the lanes, and drivinv out of drive ways without looking. "

"Terrible traffic to get to downtown, but the metro link is nice. Investors are trying to gentrify it by raising housing prices, but it’s really not gentrified. The increasing housing prices is not justified. "

"I believe that 90% of my neighbors are pet owners. I see people walking their dogs everyday. There’s animal clinics conveniently located nearby and the San Gabriel Animal Shelter is located north of the city which regularly is open for adoptions. "
