    "I work on the east side and the commute is terrible between 7am and 9am, and between 4-7pm. A 30 to 35 minute drive took me an hour and twenty minutes recently. "

    "My neighborhood is the most affordable in Avon Lake. We do have a park up the street from us that currently is being used for construction storage. When the construction is done we are getting a new park and a splash pad. "

There are arts and culture and farmers markets nearby as well as decent retail. There are good restaurants, including many independently operated. There is world class healthcare. There is a major airport within a 20 minute drive."
