"Summerwood offers so much more than a subdivision. Some have compared it to a luxury vacation due to the Lakes, walking/jogging/bike paths, private Lake Houston Park with fishing piers and pavilions. As well as a private gym. There are two swimming pools, one for the kids the other for adults. There’s even a play ground on lake Meredith."
