"Altamonte is a very nice town. Cranes Roost and the mall are its best spots. A few neighborhoods are a bit sketchy but over all it’s a very nice town outside of Orlando. "

"My neighbor hood has a mixture of college age, starter families, couples and elderly. The community is not so community based. Most people don’t talk to each other. Residents don’t pick up dog poop on a consists t bases. An extra maintenance guy would be great. I wish they turn tennis correct for a play grind for kids and make a dog pRk on site. "

"Dogs and their owners are everywhere. There is no discrimination here when it comes to that. I like that there are rules and restrictions when it comes to having a dog, walking the dog and things like that but any dog owner would definitely like living in this community or neighborhood because it’s all pet friendly. I am not a dog person myself but it’s good to know that if I wanted to get a dog for my kids or myself I would not have any problem in this community. Dogs are literally everywhere "

"I am a dog owner and most of my neighbors are as well. We all go out in the evenings and let the dogs play or see each other’s dogs. I live in a small quiet neighborhood very friendly and pet friendly."
