"Nestled between Downtown Fort Worth and the Mid Cities area, this area is a short jaunt from everything that your heart desires: from shopping and fine dining to biking and leisurely walks around the river. Our stunning residences close enough to enjoy the hike and bike trail, with views of the city's striking skyline and the beautiful Trinity River. Distinctive style of living without the cost. You will encounter unexpected benefits that fit your busy lifestyle. Enjoy the convenience of a townhouse without the drawbacks of 7th Street traffic."

"My husband and I moved to this neighborhood a few weeks ago after a family emergency forced us to sell our old home. The neighborhood is fine when the local kids are at school, but on Friday and Saturday nights things can get a tad out of hand. The area around the local Walmart is pretty civilized, but once you exit the part of the neighborhood with all the stores, things get a bit shady. Trash everywhere, people don't water their lawns, broke down cars in driveways, and every now and then you'll see a chicken running around. Lots of stray dogs too with the occasional homeless person. If your thinking about living here, don't. It's not quite "the ghetto" if you just drive past this area (with your windshields rolled up and doors locked, of course) but if you even stop at the local Long John Silvers you'll soon realize what this area is all about. Ghetto."
