"Homeless people and drug addicts wander up and down the streets. Violent crime happens frequently. Yards and landscaping are rarely maintained. Neighbors are not friendly."

"Very nice area for raising a family, trail access close by for bike rides, 5 minute drive to all the current and upcoming riverfront activities, close to Glenbrook mall and other shopping, and dining."

"I've lived here over 7yrs with my family. it's a nice location nearby everything you could need. it's close to shopping and the highway. Not far from the up and coming improved downtown scene."
