"Beautifully laid out neighborhood, with nice well-built houses, many constructed fairly recently. Not crowded. Some streets have sweeping curves & gently rolling hills. There are many wooded areas integrated into the setting. Friendly, diverse neighbors. Underground utilities are great. Best place I’ve ever lived!"

"Commute to Hartford is extremely easy, 12-14 minutes on Interstates 384 & 84. Traffic is usually no problem, rarely truly horrible."

"Pretty and well kept area with trails nearby. Keeney Elementary is a great school, the neighbors are all friendsly. Have not experienced any crime in the area."
