"Not friendly, homeless people wandering the streets. Package thieves. Car broken into twice in 6 months. Solicitors everywhere. Would not recommend. "

"The business development in my neighborhood is at an upward trend. There’s an annual artwalk and a quaint Southeast Asian community in the center: a handful of excellent Vietnamese and Thai restaurants and retail establishments. It’s mostly comprised of single-family housing, but quite a few apartments and condominiums have popped up in the last 10 years. Needless to say it’s quite a diverse and well-planned neighborhood."

"Schools are not the best in this aria. Lots of crime would not let my kids play in the aria I live in. Prostitution is a problem around the apartment I’m at right now also notice people visibly under the influence during early hours of the day. I would say if your looking to Rise a family this wouldn’t be your first choice. "

"Close to West Valley Police Department, parks and library all in the same block radius. Close to malls and plenty of good ethnic restaurants from mexican, thai, vietnamese, Salvadoran, Greek and etc... A melting pot "
