"We’ve lived here for almost 5 years. It’s a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Lots of dogs being walked around the parks. Don’t leave your garbage cans out too long after pick up or you’ll get a nasty gram "

"PROs: When the weather is nice out, you will see lots of neighbors walking their dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly. Grocery store, Walgreens are about a mile away. CONs: HOA will cite you for every little thing possible. "
