    "No sidewalks, very broad streets to walk in. Beautiful pine trees. Strong community. Minor crime in area. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to horseback riding, golf, ocean, restaurants, parks. Can walk to grocery, hospital. On a hill where you can see the Port of Los Angeles. Can see fireworks with 360 degree views on 4th of July. Close to Palos Verdes, Trump Golf, Terreana Resort."
