"I’ve lived In this neighborhood for 5 years and I love it! I feel safe in my community and haven’t seen any crime here while living here. My neighbors are friendly and I’m so close to lake Washington. "

"Beautiful high end neighborhood close to Seattle but feels removed from the worries of city life. Burke Gilman trail runs through the neighborhood and is a dedicated bike trail that goes for many miles and is a beautiful escape through the trees and by the waterfront. Neighborhood has great views and is close to great shopping and near a high end mall, University Village. Sidewalks, curving streets with well kept homes, much of the area is hilly with great landscaping and views. Home styles are varied, all homes are unique but blend well together. Lots of great parks within walking distance, area is on the shores of Lake Washington."

"Our neighborhood is close to the burke-gilman trail. It has great public schools and is just a walk to City People's mercantile and metro market. With new light rail in 2017 and increased bus service, we now have much better public transportation too."

"Close to downtown Seattle but off the beaten path unless you live here. Established homes with much remodeling-tear down activity. Great high end shopping nearby and a wooded dedicated bike path the was formally a railroad line...goes from north and to south and of the city."
