"They wouldn’t like that its a high crime rate area. May like that it is under redevelopment to improve the living and make it a nicer area to live by pushing the bad out could be a pro or a con in some ways because then community loses its history in a sense for the people who lived here all of their lives."

"Lived here 28 years and it’s great. In a bit of a renaissance now but there is still major crime. Hard working people though. The Areas are either hit or miss"
