"There are many schools in the area. There are also nice parks in the area, and restaurants in University city. It’s a lot of remodeling in the area so it looks a lot better. There are shootings like any other part of Philly. "

"I work downtown 19th Parkway, I get to work in less than 10 minutes. This location is very convenient. This location is close to the Zoo, Please Touch Museum , The art Museum and the Mann Music centers and minutes away from 76. This neighborhood is very clean, safe and has excellent parking."

"True, this area is blighted right now. But, it has great potential for development. Please touch museum, mann music theater, etc. It is a historical area with fairmount park as a boundary. There are plenty of empty lots waiting to be developed. so, its a gem in the rough."
