"I drive. It's a race track for inexperienced drivers who all have a be first attitude. Littered with rim wrecking pot holes and tire puncturing debri. They dig up streets and leave the ditches for months / years. Parking is unreliable and permits are needed to keep your car from being ticketed on the street you actually live on. It's a 3 out of 10. "

"I've lived in this area for 12 years. The neighborhood has changed a lot and is now very noisy and full of litter. Many new renters and section 8 properties. Loud music and arguments from windows, cars and outside on the street until all hours. "
