"Bars, Gracie Mansion, the MET, and the Guggenheim are in walking distance. Dont forget livijg on the 2nd avenue extension with a timely Q train, with the 4 5 and 6 train on Lexington. Plenty of great eateries, Movies and a CVS for personal health."

"A lot of bars and restaurants, grocery and gym. there’s a lot of shopping stores,there’s a lot of buses and trains that you take and it’s very near in Manhattan. It’s a safe place to walk around even if it’s at night. "

"It’s very loud and some dogs might get scared or startled easily when going on walks. There are some dog day cares and some dog parks nearby that can be visited. Most stores are dog friendly "

"Not many dog parks. Some older residents are afraid of larger breeds. Young people seem to have a lot of dogs here. Not many pet stores. Restaurants will allow outdoor seating usually with a dog"
