"Jackson Heights has those hit or miss areas to live. Do your homework, ask questions, and most importantly know what it is you are looking for. If you want peace and quite move towards 35th and 34th Avenue. Beautiful properties and quite. Never the center area of Jackson Heights. For example, 37th or Roosevelt Avenue. Nightmare. The only plus about Jackson Heights the variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and good prices on food. "

"This is a very progressive neighborhood. We have the an excellent choice of restaurants offering meals from every part of the world. The children the opportunity to display their art on the streets. It is a great community with many prewar buildings"

"I've lived in this clean, tree lined neighborhood for over 30 years. The people are friendly, it is extremely diverse,(167 different languages spoken) and best of all everyone gets along. It has a great variety of restaurants, the best transportation at 74th St, (E,F,R,7) & close to post office, groceries, pharmacies, bakeries, houses of worship, buses to Manhattan, LGA and Rockaway beach. And it's a safe neighborhood."

"The Neighborehood is excellent, lots of Restaurants/bakery’s/ Shopping/parks/close to all Amenities, Close to parkways/highways. Minutes to Williamsburg’s/ Brooklyn & 20 minutes to Manhathan. This area is the best if you want to be closer to all boroughs. Also office’s like lawyers,dentists,hair stylists,nail salons barber shops etc etc Location Location location must see👀"

"You see many people walking their dogs at all hours. There’s a park one block away. There are all types of dogs in the neighborhood. People make sure that their dogs are on a leash and they also obey the pooper scooper laws."
