"they would like to live there because everything is very clean and well taken care of. the dogs are not barking to disturb the neighborhood and all the owners pick up the dirt from their dogs !! The neighborhood has no problem with that! everyone takes very good care of the streets and their pets"

"The R train is incredibly slow. They do keep it clean though. There are many busses including the b8 to Brownsville, the s53, s59, s79 to Staten Island, the b1 and b13 to the beaches, and the express busses into the city. You can also catch the ferry at 69th street which takes 45 minutes to get to the city. "

"It almost suburban tree lined streets most homes are different and a verity of designs. Parks and a golf course. lots of shoping close by. Close to mass transportation. Clean streets and yards. lots of churches. Frendly people."

"This neighborhood is safe. It is also safe at night. The streets are well lit. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The mansions nearby are breathtaking. For the Holiday season everyone decorates and makes the neighborhood look awesome but It gets congested with traffic. People travel to this neighborhood to see the lights and many Christmas lights and many home decorations. It's awesome and I love it. "

"Outrageous homes worth millions that go way beyond with the Christmas decorations that are put up by hired professional decorators. This attracts people from all over who come to walk the residential streets, with their families, taking pictures along the way, during the holiday season. Police have been brought in over the last few years to help manage this phenomenon, which is growing in popularity, and widening in distance."
