"A good neighborhood. A often see families and children playing outside. The streets are lousy though and filled with potholes that are extremely damaging to your car "

"Lovely and we'll kept homes. Minutes to Downtown, and a short walk to the Zoo and Delaware Park. Plenty of trees and beautiful gardens, and Frank Lloyd Wright House and Black Manor."

"Lived here 33 yrs. has everything a family would need--good elem. school, Delaware Pk and zoo nearby, good restaurant/bar parkside Meadow), close to Hertel, safe, St Marks Church and School, Good Shepherd Episcopal, easy access to 198 & 33"
