"Near Penn Valley Park, one of the largest parks in the metro area. Also within walking distance of Union Station. "

"Not a great neighborhood for families. The crime goes up tremendously during spring & summer and becomes pretty dangerous. Used to love living here 4 years ago but we are basically being pushed out due to crime. "

"I’ve lived here for over 10 years. We are close to Power & Light, Crossroads, Westport, KU Hospital and so much more! The neighborhood has a lot of pride and mixed and rich heritage. I feel very safe and have never been broken into."
