    "Not really a good area for children. Great area if you want to sell your car and walk or take trolley/public transportation. If you do own a car, be prepared to pay a monthly fee for parking on top of rent. Many places do not offer onsite parking and street parking can be hard to find. "

    "No commute. If I had one, I’d be miserable. Not because of the traffic, which is always horrible, or the one-ways and no left turn lanes, but because of the wretched condition of the roads. Potholes have potholes and there’s no rush to fix it. "
