"I love the Woodland Pointe area- it is safe, friendly, and home-y! However it is close to the not so great nashboro/Antioch areas- so occasional gun shots and loud noises are heard! "

"Would not say this is a very safe area for kids. Not a lot of safe areas for kids to play. Close to a busy road as well. "

"Great area for a starter home for a new family, a working single or a Retiree looking to down size. Pet friendly community and a very active neighborhood for walking and talking to neighbors. "

"I love the area because people are interested in building a sense of community, there is a wonderful variety of people, we're neighborly but not nosy. It's quiet, but not remote. Having beautiful wooded trails to hike to the lake, to swim, boat, etc., but also be minutes from the grocery store -- it's everything I want in this area. Plenty of children to love on, too. "
