"Lots of parks in the neighborhood , a clothing donation box located on San Tan Ranch Elementary property and on the S end of San Tan Ranch is a Canal that is used to walk, jog or ride your bike on. Very close to Frys Food, Walgreens and Sonic on the South end. "

"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for almost 20 years. We bought one of the first 12 houses built in San Tan Ranch. It’s a safe neighborhood. Children playing outside. Neighbors walking around at all hours. Friendly people. "

"lived here for two years and my sister has lived here for about 7 years and always has been nice and with friendly people plenty of restaurants near by and a Fry's close by and also a mall with good schools also "

"We have lived here since 2007. The area is always clean, close to schools, shopping, and freeways. We are only minutes from anything we need. Gilbert Mercy Hospital is a great healthcare facility and close by. Great place to live and raise a family!"
