"Somebody really need to rebuild Hartford, it’s way too much poverty so close to luxury. Living in Hartford is like being trapped in a community that doesn’t uplift its residents. Clay Arsenal is riddled with zombies on dope walking up and down streets...cars driving up n down looking for a quick sell...it’s really sad that these apartments can be so amazing and be so expensive in this messed up part of town! Who wants to spend mortgage money on a high crime area when you can live comfortably in another town free of at least 70% of the crap in this area..."
