"Great access to public transportation. Area is central to downtown and all the other parts of the city. 20 minute commute to work. Area is close enough to the better neighborhoods in the city and not too close to the bad ones. Lived here all my life and area is a good balance. "

"it has a wide multitude of cultural and ethnic variety. crime level seems to be higher than suburbs but not as high as some parts of the city . alot of free community activities and there is no lack of public transportation"
