"There are often people walking their dogs and there are many spots that supply “poop bags”. There are a couple neighbor bars that have dog friendly patios. "

"Dog owners may appreciate the fact that there are an abundance of strange men and women wandering the streets at odd times during the day. This may not sound like a positive, but the diverse population might offer their dogs a wonderful variety of smells. "

"My neighborhood is literally next to everything ( Grocery store, park, restaurants, bars, nightlife) It's very dog friendly & I've always felt comfortable walking alone at night. "

"There is nightlife nearby and public transportation so there's no need for a car. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Very pet friendly. Sports, street fairs, theater and arts all nearby"
