"I don't have to commute. I'm diabled So I don't have to fight rush hour traffic .But I know trying to get on I 70 is terrible.There is no grocery store close if you don't have a car."

"I've lived in this area for the last 6 years. I've never been able to figure out why the area doesn't get the respect it deserves. Nice area. Much lower crime then any of those yuppie neighbourhoods off of Broadway."
