"We have lived in Hercules for over 30 years. I love being so close to the water and the walking trails. We raised our two daughters and they have friends that they have known since elementary school. I actually worked for the City of Hercules for more than 10 years in the Park and Rec department. "

"Great family-friendly neighborhood with great access to the city and peninsula. Lots of good shopping and restaurants in Noe Valley. Buses to all of the tech companies nearby."

"The views. But because of the views it attracts a lot of skaters on public transportation and they can be annoying. Also it’s a very quiet neighborhood overall, but when there’s noise it echoes (such as car alarms)"

"The neighbors are friendly. There is easy access to public transit to Castro station. It has a better climate than one might expect. There is green space nearby."

"Noe Valley is like a small town on the outskirts of the city. The neighborhood has just about everything you need, from cafe's, cheese shop, restaurants, bars, but you can be downtown in 15 minutes. Quiet, quaint, charming all ways to describe Noe Valley, money has come to town and it's changed things, but the charm is still here."
