"It mostly warm and Sunny, clean, modern, and the most conveniently located out of all SF neighborhoods (close the to FD, the Bay Bridge, and highways 101 and 280, even Costco is a 5 min drive; and if you’re a Giant’s fan, it’s paradise : )"

"Lots of homeless. Crime is a constant theme. Dodging needles and feces isn’t common but it happens. We get notifications from Citizen that crime is a pretty constant theme. I wouldn’t recommend walking around here past dark. "

"The thing that makes this neighborhood unique is Delancey Street. It’s a non profit that helps out the community. It also has a moving company , restaurant and a cafe as well a catering company that is reasonably priced. However many of the families have moved away in the past 3 years and it seems the amount of homeless people has increased"

"Minutes from the Ferry Building, FiDi, Market Street shopping, and the Ballpark. It is also very easy to get to East Bay as well as SFO."

"It’s up and coming and getting more vertical! It’s next to many tech businesses which are visible out our living room window. The few restaurants around are Nice with good food, California fusion and excellent service! I would love to see more small restaurants and little businesses. "
