"There are at least 3 preschools in the neighborhood. There’s less traffic and it’s quieter than the area near Irving Street. The UCSF hospital is less than a 5 minute drive."

"Anywhere from 25-45 mins to downtown depending on the time you leave. West Portal station has three trains (K, L, M) that go downtown. "

"There's easy access to the Golden Gate Bridge and good public transportation, with 5 Muni lines close by. The commute to the East Bay is not as good—you'd have to drive downtown to get onto I-80. If I need to go downtown, I take the N-Judah and don't try driving unless it's late."
