"It’s a very safe neighborhood. You can go for a walk around 11pm and not be bothered what so ever. You have neighborhood watch and police patrolling at night time. "

"I've lived in the neighborhood since 2004 and have seen many change to the good with the Art District, Metro Line, Apple Corp as well as Amazon coming to town there are plenty of well paying jobs where people can walk to work or take a short bus ride. Culver City is the hub of West Los Angeles where its just 5 miles from, the airport, beach, UCLA, USC and downtown Los Angeles as well as Santa Monica Pier. Its a great friendly community to live in."

"Live in Culver City for 60 years and I seen many changes especially the East side with the new Metro Line coming in and new professional office as well as the art district with McManus park just down the street as well as private schools it on of the better area of Culver City. Within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants it's becoming the up and coming area to live in. May of the previous owners have retired and move on while professional people are taking their place. Its a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of pride of ownership. "
